The company noted that , contrary to expectations , which marked in the first quarter of 2009 the tendency to fix rents in the national currency did not become the dominant character , spreading mainly to class C, while in Class A and B continue to dominate the lease agreements , denominated in U.S. dollars or euros. According to the experts company, to fall in rental rates led the rapid growth of vacancy office space. The share of vacant office space in the first quarter 2009 increased to 20-21 %, but in the second quarter vacancy increase virtually ceased , indicating about a certain stabilization of the business activity.
