The most effective ways to job search

Employment Portal Superjob in their study identified the most
effective means of employment. It turned out to actively use the Internet
looking for work 73% of Ukrainians. As arguments, the respondents
resulted in such arguments: "Internet at the moment are the most effective
in employment, "while" newspapers, magazines and recruitment agencies -
it's just a waste of time. "As a general rule, with the help of specialized Internet
Ukrainians prefer to seek employment sites 20-30 years (75%). At the same time
with increasing age of the confidence in the effectiveness of employment with
Internet disappears. More than half of respondents (51%) believes the only
effective way to find work the recommendation of friends. According to them,
employers more willing to hire people who have come to a recommendation
because now the company has never interested in the "trusted personnel."
Naturally, that more often through a friend looking for work professionals over
50 years, which managed to acquire a wide range of communication (57%) than youth
